Brandwalk is working with Mastercard's Digital & Networks team to shape and communicate a clear and coherent strategic story to its global teams.

Collaboration

Brandwalk’s work for Mastercard is multi-faceted and includes team engagement and internal communications, program support, technical graphic design and copywriting and event management. At its heart however is a clear strategic framework developed in collaboration with the leadership team.

Managing a global team, with members spread across different time-zones and locations presents a complex leadership challenge.

Creating opportunities for the team to engage, learn and spend time together is an essential part of our communications strategy.  Brandwalk has designed, organized and facilitated and delivered team events in Orlando, London, New York and St Louis, bringing teams together to focus on common purpose and to align on culture and objectives.

The result is one of the highest levels of team engagement in Mastercard in annual employee surveys (92% in 2020).
