Challenge

Building a strong employee brand and a modern, empowering culture are necessary steps to attracting and retaining the next generation of engineers who will create and build our future environments. Key to the transformation is an inspiring leadership story and effective internal communications .

Collaboration

Creating change in an established business requires careful stakeholder engagement.  So it was important that we took time to gather feedback and ideas from inside and outside the organization.

Informed by insight, we were able to build and secure executive buy-in to our plans.

We developed a strong leadership story for NG Bailey and a new internal communications strategy and plan, with the full support of the Board.

We also partnered with NG Bailey’s HR team to develop a new identity and tone of voice for all employee communications and channels, including re-writing and designing employee guides and policies.
